i am developing a version with many SPANISH like oriented changes in PHPFormail, wich includes LOCALE's, charset encoding and of course localization of messages and responses.
I would like to upload to your main project page for maintaining a SPANISH version. How i can? can i?

please answer if are you sattisfied with the modiffication and if can be included in official localizated release
